To include a new attribute that isn't already listed in the System Attributes, select the "Create New Attribute" option.
Custom attributes are utilized in the credential design process and are automatically filled with the information you provide.
Custom attributes can be created directly from the Credential Designs, Credential Details, and Email Templates pages.
Credential Designs
If you wish to include a new attribute that is not already listed on the Attributes tab, simply choose the Create New Attribute option.
Once you click on Create New Attribute, you will be prompted to enter a name for your attribute and choose its type, which can be either text, date, or number.
Credential Details
To create a custom attribute within the Credential Details section, click on the Attributes dropdown menu located in the Credential Description area. From there, select the option labeled Create New Attribute at the bottom of the list.

Email Templates
To create a custom attribute within the Email Templates section, click on the Attributes dropdown menu located in the Email Body area. From there, select the option labeled Create New Attribute at the bottom of the list.

The data for these Custom Attributes is automatically retrieved from the attributes that you linked while uploading your recipients in the Recipients section.
