How to Customize the Button on the Email?

To customize the button within your email template in Sertifier, locate the Button Text column at the bottom left.

The main call-to-action button in your credential email — labelled 'View My Credential' by default — can be fully customised. You can change both the button text and its colour.

Changing the button text and colour in the email designer

  1. Navigate to the Email Templates tab in the left menu under Components.
  2. Click Edit on the template you want to update.
  3. In the email designer, scroll to the Branding section in the bottom left of the designer.
  4. Update the text that will appear on the button.
  5. Adjust the button colour using the colour picker in the same section.
  6. Save your changes.

Changes made in the email designer apply to that specific template only.
