How Can I Display Undelivered Credentials?
If there is an error in the credentials you selected on the Analytics page, it means that your certificate email did not reach some of your recipients.
The Delivery Success Rate within the Analytics > Summary tab provides insight into the percentage of all undelivered credentials in your account.
Utilize filters to view a comprehensive list of your credentials. Any undelivered credential will be highlighted in red on the credentials list.
The reason why your credential was undelivered might be due to wrong email address of a recipient, or your recipient might have been unsubscribed from your mailing list.
