How Can I Automate My Credentials?
Sertifier offers several ways to automate your credentialing process, allowing you to trigger issuances based on specific dates, external app activity, or learner progress.
1. Scheduled Credentials
Scheduling allows you to prepare a campaign in advance and set it to send at a specific date and time.

Once you have finished composing your campaign and email, click the Schedule option in the top right corner.

Specify the future date and time for the issuance.

You can edit or cancel a scheduled campaign at any time before the set delivery date.

2. App Integrations
You can connect Sertifier to the tools you already use to automate credentialing based on external triggers (such as course completion, form submission, or a won deal).

Sertifier integrates with various platforms, including LMS, CRM, and automation tools like Zapier, HubSpot, and Canvas.

By setting up an integration, credentials are sent automatically the moment a specific action occurs in your other application.

Pathways allow you to link multiple credentials together to create a structured learning journey.

You can set specific prerequisites for a credential (e.g., a student must earn Badge A and Badge B before receiving Certificate C).

Once the recipient meets all defined conditions, the next credential in the sequence is issued automatically without manual intervention.
