How Can I Check the Status of My Credential Deliveries?

The Credentials Reports feature provides a comprehensive overview of your created credentials, including the total number of recipients and their downloads, opens, shares, and delivery statuses.

The delivery statuses of credentials can be viewed within the Credentials section.

If a credential fails to deliver, you can view the specific failure reason directly within the Credentials report under Analytics. The system logs detailed error reasons for all undelivered credentials, allowing you to quickly troubleshoot bounce issues or incorrect email addresses.

Please note that these delivery failure logs are retained and visible for the last 30 days from the date of issuance.

Alternatively, you have the option to filter your search by selecting a specific date range, credential name, or delivery status.
