How Can I Check the Status of My Credential Deliveries?

Credentials Reports give you an overall insight of your credential delivery statuses.

The Credentials Reports feature provides a comprehensive overview of your created credentials, including the total number of recipients and their downloads, opens, shares, and delivery statuses.

The delivery statuses of credentials can be viewed within the Credentials List section.

Alternatively, users have the option to filter their search by selecting a specific date range, credential name, or delivery status.
