Name Change Request feature provides your recipients with the flexibility they need to personalize their credentials, ensuring accurate and professional documentation.

As we are all human, mistakes can happen, including typos. If you happen to make a typo while entering your recipient's name, rectifying any name-related errors is now made easy with the new Name Change Request feature.

Your recipients can send you a Name Change Request from the verification page.

You can have access to the Name Change Requests that your recipients sent you from the bottom right corner of your dashboard.

You can review them from there, approve them if it’s appropriate, or decline them.
