- Then, complete the reCAPTCHA.
- A one-time password will be sent to the email address your credential was issued to.
- Simply enter the password sent to your email address to complete the verification.

Where does the credential appear on LinkedIn?
When you add your credential to your LinkedIn profile, it is added to the Licenses & Certifications section, not the Awards and Recognitions section. This is the standard LinkedIn section for professional certifications and is the most visible location for credentials.
Two ways to share on LinkedIn
From the credential verification page, you have two separate LinkedIn options:
- Share on LinkedIn: Posts the credential as a public update on your LinkedIn feed. Your connections will see the post in their timelines.
- Add to LinkedIn: Adds the credential directly to the Licenses & Certifications section of your LinkedIn profile.
For maximum visibility, you can use both options: add the credential to your profile for permanent display, and share it to your feed to announce the achievement to your network.
One-click profile addition
When you click Add to LinkedIn, a checkbox is automatically pre-selected to add the credential to your Licenses & Certifications section. You simply confirm, and the credential is added without having to manually fill in any fields, as long as your issuer organisation's LinkedIn Company ID has been added to their Sertifier account settings.
