With the Engagement Reminder Emails feature, you can now schedule up to three automated follow-up emails to boost recipient interaction with your credentials.
What Are Engagement Reminders?
These emails are triggered based on recipient activity and are designed to increase visibility and interaction with the credentials you issue. You can set reminders for:

Email not opened – If the original credential notification hasn’t been opened.

Credential not viewed – If the recipient hasn’t accessed their credential.

Credential not shared – If the recipient hasn’t shared their credential online.

How to Set Engagement Reminders

Go to your Campaign.

Under Campaign Options, enable the Engagement Reminder Email.

Choose the type of reminders you want to enable.

Set the timing for each reminder (e.g., 3 days after issuance, 7 days, etc.).
Once set, reminders will be automatically sent based on the recipient’s interaction with their credential.
