The Customer Portal is a centralized platform within Sertifier that enables users to access all essential support and educational tools from a single location. Developed to enhance the experience of teams with Advanced Support, the portal ensures you can efficiently manage your learning, receive timely assistance, and stay aligned with platform updates.

What Can You Do Through the Customer Portal?


Here’s a detailed overview of the key functions available in the Customer Portal:

1. Register for Training Sessions

Stay on top of Sertifier’s best practices and new features by joining our ongoing training opportunities. Through the portal, you can register for sessions such as the monthly Power^Up Thursdays, designed to help teams at all levels strengthen their platform knowledge.

2. Direct Access to Your Customer Success Manager

One of the most valuable features of the portal is direct communication with your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM). Whether you’re looking for strategic advice, need help troubleshooting a specific issue, or want a personalized walkthrough, your CSM is just a click away.

3. Submit Feature Requests

Have an idea for how Sertifier could better serve your needs? Use the portal to submit feature suggestions. These requests are reviewed by our product team and help shape our development priorities.
