How Do I Edit a Recipient's Information?
If you need to update a recipient's details, you can do so through the Recipients page or directly within a specific Campaign.
1. Updating General Recipient Information
This method is best for updating the core profile of a recipient across the Sertifier platform.

Navigate to the Recipients page and select the Recipients tab from the top menu.

Locate the individual by searching for their Name or Email Address. You can also use Filters to narrow down your list.

Click on the Recipient's Name to open their full profile.

In the profile view, you can edit their name, email address, or any Custom Attribute values associated with them.


2. Updating Recipient Information in a Credential Campaign
Use this method if you need to fix information for a specific issuance without navigating away from the campaign.

Go to Campaigns > Sent from the left sidebar.

Locate the specific campaign you want to modify and click the Edit (pencil) icon.

Select the Recipients step from the top navigation menu.

Find the recipient in the list and click the Edit icon next to their name.

Update any attribute values as needed and save your changes.

Updating recipient information will immediately reflect on the live credential verification page. You may choose whether or not to trigger an automated notification email to the recipient regarding these changes.
