Email Signature With Credentials

Adding your credential, whether it's a certificate or badge, to your email signature adds a professional touch to your communications. Follow these step-by-step instructions to embed your credential into your email signature:

1. Download Your Credential as PNG

  • Begin by accessing your Verified Wallet account and locating the credential you wish to embed.
  • Download the credential as a PNG file. Ensure it's saved to your device for easy access.

2. Copy the URL of Your Credential's Verified Page

  • After downloading the PNG file, navigate to the verified page of your credential.
  • Copy the URL from the address bar. This URL will serve as the link for your credential in your email signature.

3. Edit Your Email Signature

For Outlook:
1. Access your Outlook email account.
2. Locate and click on "Settings" or "Options" (depending on your Outlook version).
3. Navigate to "Email" settings and find the section for "Compose and Reply."
4. Here, you'll have the option to edit your email signature.

For Gmail and Other Email Service Providers.
1. Log in to your email account.
2. Find the settings menu, typically represented by a gear icon.
3. Look for the option to edit your email signature. This may be located under "Settings" or "Preferences."

4. Add Your Credential as a PNG

1. Within the email signature editor, locate the option to insert an image.
2. Click on this option and select the PNG file of your credential that you downloaded earlier.
3. Once the image is added to your signature, right-click on it.
4. Select the option to add a hyperlink or insert a link.
5. Paste the URL of your credential's verified page into the provided field.
6. Optionally, rename your signature to something relevant, such as "Verified Credential."
7. Save your changes to finalize your updated email signature.
